Hi, my name is Amina. I bake cakes for birthdays and weddings and have covered a lot of events. I have also had a pop-up stall in Westfield Stratford. My best sellers on a regular basis are my brownies.

I do my small business part-time and work a separate job full-time that’s not baking! I absolutely love bringing a small to people through my baking, especially children. My brownies are ever so popular and definitely satisfies the cravings of pregnant women, a chocolate lover!

My popular cake flavours are chocolate Bruce fudge cake, vanilla Victoria sponge with jam, red velvet and a lotus biscoff cake.
