What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
The more information you give us, the more accurate a quote we can give. Your date, venue, number of guests, times you would like the bar open (or at least a rough idea), whether your event is indoor or outdoor, the types of drinks you would like to serve, whether you want to put some money behind the bar or have guests pay for their own drinks. From this we can put together a much clearer quote.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If I were looking for a supplier I would first check them out on social media or their website. Yes, it is a lot of work for suppliers to keep up to date on their online presence. However, seeing pictures and reading reviews is so helpful in demonstrating what a company is really going to be like to work with.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Clink & Drink started because of our passion for making people smile & creating delicious drinks. Plus, getting to travel around and attend a variety of events is a lot of fun and no day of work is the same. We just really like what we do and want to share our passion with the lovely people of Hampshire.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
I've had one booking through Add to Event but looking forward to more soon and hoping it will enable our business to grow.
