What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
In order for us to provide an accurate estimate for the requested work generally, we will ask the following questions.
What type of event is it? What's the location? What aesthetic are you going for, do you have an example of company imagery or other imagery that you need to be followed? Who will be using the images?
What is the usage of the images? Please note in general, print and advertising carries a higher usage fee if not within the UK or used for national high profile campaigns. How and when will I be paid and who will be my main contact on-site?

Key Questions To Ask When Hiring A Corporate Event Photographer:
Do you have a website with samples of your work? Do you include unlimited usage rights in your pricing?
How and when will I receive my photo images and is that included in the price? Do you have recent references? Do you know the venue, and are there areas that are convenient for group photos or environmental portraits? Is there a backup location for bad weather? V10 Visuals was created on the back of my hobby and passion for photography over 12 years ago now. My friends and family knew I had a camera, could take in focus (sometimes, I was just learning) pictures and had fun doing it My name started getting passed around and I started being asked to cover a wide variety of photography needs everything from birthdays to car shows. I spending time learning my craft generalising I gained insight, a clearer vision on what I wanted to photograph. This eventually led me to corporate headshots, event and some time after wedding photography.
I really enjoy the challenging aspects of these areas. The fact that very rarely are any two sessions the same; Different people, locations and day to day challenges keep me on my toes and developing my own skills and abilities.

I'm relatively new to the platform but definitely not professional photography. I have a few jobs in the pipeline that I haven't photographed yet as most are future based and still to come up.
