All our Staff are aware of correct procedures and have received appropriate instruction and training in hygiene and food handling. Our policy is to supply safe food, ensure high standards of hygiene at all times, and ensure customer satisfaction. We pride ourselves with the service we offer from modern kiosks which comply with all Health and Hygiene regulations. We are members of NCASS 'Nationwide Caterers Association' who also keep members up to date with all legislations from food handling to employment contracts.

Children’s Parties
You can have M. Lewis Ice cream come over with the “cow van” to your children’s party we will let the birthday boy or girl have photo’s in the van and even let them have a go at serving an ice cream.

School Sports Days
At M. Lewis Ice cream & GG’s coffee bar we can come along to your school sports days and sit at the side lines while your little ones compete offering refreshments to the parents while they watch and a well deserved Ice cream for the children after they’ve finished. Giving a % of the takings to the school
