YurtsUp is a yurt hire business based in Kent - it has a friendly and dedicated team that can provide a unique space for your event, whatever it may be.

We hire out Traditional Mongolian Yurts that have been made to our own specifications and believe that they are some of the best in the business.

The Yurt, or Ger, is a nomadic tent that has been evolving for over a thousand years and is designed to withstand some pretty tough conditions. For this reason they are sturdy, warm, fantastically crafted and make awesome party tents.



An alternative to a marquee; they are individual, intimate and really quite something, a yurt will help to make your event one to remember. So if its a small wedding or party you need planning, we at YurtsUp can help make your occassion into something else.

Delivery/Travel Details

We operate our Yurt /DJ and PA Hire across most of the South of England but we will travel to most locations - as long as we have time to get there! 

We do add delivery to invoices - this ranges between £0.30 - £0.40 pence per mile that we travel. If you are hiring a particularly large amount of equipment/furniture it may require more than one vehicle to make the delivery.

We are always clear about expected delivery charges when we draw up an estimate.

  3. We'll then send you a quote

  4. After confirmation we'll send you a booking form and hire contract

  5. We'll take a deposit of approx 33% to secure your booking

Pricing

Yurt Hire:

You can hire a yurt for a few days, or maximise it's use and hire it for a fortnight. The prices below include both the setting up and taking down of the yurt/yurts before and after your event. The only additional costs to the below prices are delivery and decorations.

19 ft Yurt | 1-2 days - £650
1 week - £850 | 2 weeks £1000

21.7ft Yurt | 1-2 days - £850
1 week - £1000 | 2 weeks - £1200

Please get in contact to discuss our decoration and furniture options and prices. Furniture and decorations for either yurt ranges from £100 - £400

There are also a number of other services we can provide, should you wish to have things made a little easier - be catering, audio and visual systems, DJ's or bar. For more details on our affiliated services just give us a call or send us an email and we can outline the options available to you.
